The National Zoological Gardens of South Africa (The Pretoria Zoo) was established in 1899. The largest zoo in South Africa, this 85-hectare territory is a home to more than 3,100 species of animals, birds, reptiles, and fishes. The inhabitants include more than 210 species of mammals, 200 species of birds, 190 species of fishes, 100 species of reptiles, and 10 species of amphibians. These animals live in the Pretoria Zoo, two fauna preservation centers in Lichtenburg (in the north-western Mokopane province and the Limpopo province), and Emerald Animal World.
Our Rare Animal Conservation Center is a subdivision of the Pretoria Zoo. Our mission is not just to give home to the most rare and valuable species, but also to form reproducing couples and groups, develop and apply new breeding methods. Our Center is closed for the public, because successful breeding requires calm and comfort.
Our center is inhabited by lynxes, leopards, lions, tigers, and other species. To our potential investors, we offer an opportunity to contribute to the development of wildlife and our future. Investments are spent to further improve our Center, hire new employees, and expand our territories. We encourage our investors with money bonuses we receive from selling our animals to different zoos, including Ranua Wildlife Park (Finland), London Zoo (England), Prague Zoo (Czech Republic), Jerusalem Biblical Zoo (Israel), Chiang Mai Zoo (Thailand), Berlin Zoological Garden (Germany), Baghdad Zoo (Iraq), and Steve Irwin Zoo (Australia).
